Booking Policy

Booking session time gives you a right to security on specific dates. If you choose to secure the dates, you become financially responsible for those dates if not canceled two (2) days (48 hrs.) before your scheduled time.

Policy

An invoice will be sent to you via email with all the details about your project as a final agreement. Every project requires a deposit of 50% of the total cost before we start mastering. The final invoice will reflect the remaining 50% after completing your project. Single Song Mastering needs to be paid in full before we start mastering.

Reloading any files to replace defective ones or those you decided to change at the last minute or after the mastering engineer sent the first files for approval will require an additional $40 per song. This is not considered a revision. This also applies to Stems if the files are not in Sync. No exceptions! FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE RELEASING THE FINAL PROJECT!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule a session time two (2) days (48 hrs.) before the scheduled session without penalty. Any deposits held by us will be applied to the rescheduled time.

A Late Cancellation within two (2) days (48 hrs.) of the scheduled session time, without rescheduling, will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

Refund Policy

We do not offer a refund policy. We offer FREE revisions until the client is satisfied with the project and services provided.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order of deposit for services only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to design our website better. We do not offer advertising on our site, and to that end, no information is transmitted to 3rd parties other than as stated above.

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name, address, email address, and phone number) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

Responsibility with Data Security

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. Wherever collection sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is secured with 256-bit encryption and transmitted to our credit card processor securely. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of this page or by looking for “HTTPS” at the beginning of the address of the web page. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
