Our clients can choose between analog or digital mastering and have the opportunity to preview their master and/or mixing for free with our LB-Mastering DDP Player Software. LB-Mastering Studios provides CD Mastering Services. We provide you with the option to either upload your project or to send a CD or DVD to our Studio. At LB-Mastering Studios you will always have the opportunity to speak to your Engineer, no matter where you are in the world. If you required an attendance session, please contact us to schedule a visit to our studio at no extra charge. CD Mastering is the final step your music takes before it is manufactured. It takes talent and experience to bring out all the potential of your mixes. Our engineer at LB-Mastering Studios has over 40 years of experience in music recording, mixing, and mastering.

CD Mastering can make the difference between a “good” song and a “great” song. Mastering offers an objective professional ear to your music. It also provides a new perspective, which perhaps is the most important function of a Mastering Engineer. CD Mastering is the last stop in the line of audio quality control. Whether you have spent thousands of dollars at a studio or recorded your music at home, your Master will have that final touch that makes it stand out from the rest! LB-Mastering requires a 50% deposit before we can start your project. Turnaround time is approximately 3 to 5 days. Rush service is available upon request.

Prepare your files for mastering. Final mixings should be delivered as follows: 

– AIFF, WAV files – No MP3’s files

– 44.1KHz, 48KHz, 96KHz, 88.2KHz, or 192KHz

– 16, 24 or 32bit

– Keep the sample rate and bit depth in their original format

The Stereo Audio files should be exported with no Limiters / Normalizers / Maximizers on Master Buss. Reference copies delivered from the engineer to you for listening purposes can have these processors to monitor with but pre-master files delivered to a mastering facility should not. Also, a little headroom should be available with no clips or overs. Please don’t allow peak levels to reach 0 dBFS and don't use a limiter, either hardware or plugin, that prevents peaks to reach or clip 0 dBFS. To ensure optimum results, files must be delivered as requested.

We’ll master your songs and send you a preview of your finalized songs for approval. Once you’re happy with the results we’ll send the final master.
